The Poli-Bio Lab, together with the Analytical Center (Central Analítica) at the Institute of Chemistry (Instituto de Química), UFRGS, provides services in the area of rheology (Rheometer ARES-G2, TA Instruments), performing oscillatory assays/tests for the food and cosmetics industries.
